I turned on my computer the other day and "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." on anything I try to open. I cannot open any Windows Explorer window or file. I am able to open something if I right click, click run as and login with my user. If I try to go to Control Panel, explorer.exe closes and re-opens for no apparent reason.
