Operation System: Windows XP Home Edition

Hi, My problem started with the Internet Security 2010 Virus. I used Rkill and Malwarebytes to remove it. I thought things were clean then the next day I started receiving website ad pop ups. Then the Google Redirect problem started. When I do a Google search and click on the results, it redirects to ad websites. I can only go to a specific website if I copy and paste it in the browser or manually type it in. Also, I'm having problems with Generic Host Process and NT Authority System Shutdown. My computer stays on for about 30 minutes to an hour, all depends then the 1 minute countdown starts. This happens after the Generic Host Process fo Win32 Services box pops up first. Below is the information from the boxes that pop up:

"Generic Host Process For Win32 Services

Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a poblem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.

Please tell Microsoft about this problem.
We have created an error report that you can send to help us improve Generic Host Process for Win32 Services. We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous."

The NT Authority System Shutdown Box comes up after this and this is what it says:

"This system is shutting down. Please save all work in progress and log off. Any unsaved changes will be lost. This shutdown was initiated by NT Authority/System.
Message: Windows must now restart because the DCOM Server Process Launcher Service terminated unexpectedly"

I've tried to use Malwarebytes but it didn't work. Someone mentioned about Combofix and Hitman Pro but I didn't want to try without getting more information and guidance first. Thanks for your time.
