Virus Infiltration Alert

Im got a virus today. Im getting popups that state INFILTRATION ALERT: Your computer is infected by an internet virus. It could be a password-stealing attack, a trojan-dropper or similar.
Attack from:, port 7759
Attach port: 18423
Threat: Win32/Nuqel.E
Do you want to block this attack?

Also a windows security center window is popping up asking if I want to run virus protection.

And another window stating Vulnerabilities found.
Your computer is infected by spyware - 34 serious threats have been found while scnning your files and registry.
