Ran a diagnostic check on DVD ROM that stopped working (just flashes green all the time and tries to start DVD and then stops) and got the following message box:

Error Code OFOO:021B

Msg: Block 11376 Flaw in medium or an error in the recorded data. If this a removable media device, try different media.

I ran the test with the same CD in my bottom DVD RW and diagnostic check said it read the disk fine. Where can I go to find out info on error message or does it just mean my DVD ROM is no good? I can't seem to find anything on Dell website and no response from their forum.

Thanks!
