Just making a first post. I have used the valuable resources this site has offered for a very long time. I am a 11yr veteran @ professional IT service/support for local (Midwest - US) small businesses in addition to our in-shop service for home users. Virus removal, and then later, spyware/malware removal has long been a large portion of our business. We prefer to "surgically" remove problems rather than format/reload, or rely on basic, often ineffective fixes that are common in our line of work. I just wanted to say thank you for providing a much needed resource.

BTW - I am always looking for new malware removal tools and their uses. Does anyone have any suggestions / links for an advanced tech?
