We can provide you with instructions if you will post the make and model of your computer.

If you could help me with the same problem that would be great. The computer is a Gateway GT3020b running an intel Pentium 4 630 processor (3Gig) and Win XP Home with SP2 All of the original disks were lost during a move to another home. We got a nasty virus that wiped out the XP system but I was able to get that working (kinda) again. We need to use the recovery partition but PCAngel will not let us. If you can help that would be fantastic. This problem has been with us for over a year now and the kids need the computer for their exams.

All attempts to get help from Gateway have been a waste of time. Begging them for replacement disks failed. Now we are stuck.
