Hi, I'm the lead technician for a smallish district of a national corporation, and by smallish i mean i handle 3 cities and 90% of the customers in them. But anyway, a couple years ago, working for a different company a fellow technician introduced me to combofix, I fell in love with the program and its amazing amount of power.

I'm not much of a forum person, I pop onto a couple now and then to help people out but other than that I like talking to people to help them with their problems, not really posting about it. But I thought it was time I at least said "Hello" on here, so here I am.

A little more background about me, I was training for my MCSE and MCSA certs, but ran out of money by the time I actually got to the testing stage of it, so I now have 5+ years experience in the field and training for several different Microsoft and Cisco certs, but not enough money to go test for them right now, so I work.

Welcome Masochist! Not much of a forum guy here either. If you are in the corporate world those certs may mean the difference between $$ and $$$$$$$, but IMHO the certs don't mean alot. I have fixed more messes than I can count that were caused (or the fault of) consultants that had a long string of letters @ the end of their name. A former employer was a MCSE training instructor (whatever they were called) and if it wasn't in a M$ KB article he couldn't fix it. Knowledge is king in this industry (and knowing how to find the answers). Welcome again and keep learning!

Welcome to BC forums  the thing I like about these forums is there is no pressure on you to be a 'forum person'. Enjoy your time here Artanyis and I hope you get enough cash soon to go for the tests :flowers: (Good luck! )
