I have one URL that gets redirected every time to www.accessdenied.com.
No other URL is affected.
I have tried different browsers and different spyware malware removers.
All users on this computer are affected.
No other computers in this office are affected.

I believe this happened by downloading a third party software that was supposed to be a PDF converter (which never worked)

I have spoken with the webmaster and they assure me i have not been blocked.

Its easier to direct you to this thread then to type out all the directions. but i would like you to install hijackthis and post the log here if moderators are cool with it.

Edit : HJT logs are not permitted in the Am I Infected forum. If you wish to have a log analyzed, you can do so, but it can only be evaluated by an HJT Team member in our Advanced Malware forum.

Please follow this guide from step (6). Post a DDS log to the HJT forum and a Team member will be along to help you as soon as possible. You may wish to post a link back to this topic to see what was discussed thus far.

If you need any help with the guide, please let me know.
