When Windows is starting up, HP Photosmart Essential keeps installing
When I click cancel button, it appears again, around 3-4 times

You can use MSConfig to remove it from the startup. However it is software specific to a printer you may have installed or tried to install on your machine. You can also look in your add/remove programs via the control panel and see if it has been installed and unistall it. Have you tried to let it install? Install it and see if it goes away, I am almost 99% sure its not a form of malware. Good luck and post back .
