I've been reading the Am I infected forum and it seems that i have the dreaded " Personal Security Malware Virus" or PerAvir virus. So far I've tried all your recommendations: i've tried to download and run the matwarebytes' anti-malware tool but I can't get it to run. I've tried to run a search for the virus to no avail. I've purchaesed Fix-It Utilities 10 but can not get it to load ( my disk drive will not work). So what should i try next. Thanks
