Hello katohio1977 and  to BleepingComputer

the reason you cannot run RootRepeal is simply that it is not compatible with a 64-bit OS. Period. It functions in a way which compatibility mode cannot facilitate. If you are trying to complete the preparation steps to submit a DDS log to our malware forum, you may omit the RootRepeal step. If you are simply trying to determine whether or not you have been infected, reply back here with your symptoms and we can suggest some alternative steps to preform.

Hope that helps.
