I am unable to do any of the suggested downloads in order to remove this rogue program. The rogue program will only allow me on the internet for a few moments before my computer goes to a blue screen and tells me a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down. (I am sending this post with my laptop). I have tried to download Malwarebytes, and while it appears to download, it will not allow me to go to the temporary file to execute the program and the computer keeps shutting down. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
