Hi Im hoping someone can help me with this question. Twice today this happened, both times it happened when I was logging on.

A pop up box came up and said

iexplore.exe-Application Error
"The instruction at "0x7c910466"reference memory at "0x00000586 the memory could not be read. Click okay to terminate the program.

The second time it said the same thing only the numbers were different
"0x7c9le9c9 at "0x01c90030"

Does anyone know what this is and what I do , Thanks in advance. Sandie
