Hey guys, I'm trying to help a friend.. she brought me her computer and it's infected with the worm32.netsky detection.
I found this link on here. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-remo...t-security-2010

I downloaded the files to a flash drive, but I can't get anything to run on the infected computer. It just freezes immediately.

I tried starting in safe mode, but same result.. just freezes.

Can somebody help please?

Thanks,
Tim

I am able to get into safe mode and do some navigating. I tried running rkill.. just keeps popping up "application cannot be executed. The file is infected. Please activate your antivirus software".
When I try running Malawarebytes Anti=Malaware, I get a pop up saying "error code: 707 (3,0).

I don't know what to do... can somebody help?
