Hello. I am trying to install a backup program with syncback freeware. It is asking me to find my smtp server settings. I need to input a hostname (smtp.example.com) that goes with a port. Then i need to input a TO: (me@example.com) and a FROM: (me@example.com); these being my email addresses. since i am using gmail and yahoo, i need to use one of these to find smtp server settings; so i can receive email messages from this software program. Can anyone help me learn how to get my smtp server settings? thanks in advance. JoniP

Your Internet Provider should have given you an email address with that information as well. Just call them and they should be able to help you.
