I am having a problem with my recycle bin on my Dell Inspiron 1520. I have items in the recycle bin; however, when I right click to "Empty Recycle Bin", I am unable to click on it. I recently changed my icons if that made any difference. I also removed the Recycle Bin from my desktop and brought it back.

How can I fix this? Thank you.

I figured out my problem. I did not set a different icon for an empty recycle bin.
