Hi All---

Windows XP SP3 with all current updates. IE7 with Java, JQIE, and Shockwave Flash enabled.

In Yahoo! Classic email, I open an email, click File, click Print, click Print button on printer dialogue box, and

Boom.

We've replicated this error on four different XP SP3 IE7 machines. Two XP Home, two XP Pro. Multiple Yahoo! mail accounts. Local printers (Epson, HP), virtual printers (pdfFactoryPro) and network printers not connected locally.

Printing from the printer icon in the IE Toolbar crashes mshtml.dll just like from the File menu.

Printing from the small Print icon displayed within the email works without error...

Is there a hotfix or a different version of mshtml.dll that will run with IE7 that addresses this error? Hard to believe that it hasn't been reported by a few million users and addressed...

Thanks for the help.

Woof.
