Hello all!! Found this site through a Google search dealing with a bizarre Windows issue (as if there are any other kinds). Random audio playing through IE. After several attempts to clean.....reformat will fix all (hopefully)!

I've been a computer tech for over 20 years now...starting around DOS version 3.1 (Yes....their were PC's BEFORE Windows!). Though things change....the problems remain mostly the same!
