I have a real problem with one of my computers that has the XP system running (or not running on it to be precise). This program Personal Security has managed to sneak onto my system and nothing I do will get rid of it. this particular computer has no model no. as it was custom built to requirements. I have no recovery disc(Boo Hoo) how can I get it back to factory setting. the sysem loads and xp runs normally and I can still get on to the internet but when the personal security logo flashes on screen everything locks me out except this damn program that is asking me for my personal details to download their antivirus program.
