I seem to have gotten myself infected with this. I use Eset Nod32 and it doesn't seem to detect it. Any help on removing this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Once again:
PopRock on msconfig startup which is b.exe. Thanks!

download malwarebytes antimalware from here

load it on pc and let it update and run when updated with a quick scan. then leave it finish the scan and when completed it will ask you to show results. just click on remove and then you will be prompted to restart your pc, but next when its rebooting tap the f8 key to go into safe mode, then once its in there, do another scan with malwarebytes and this time do a full scan to see what it finds. then when finished click remove, then reboot computer and hopefully it will be clear of it.

anyway hope this helps
