I wrote here earlier about having a virus I got rid of (or at least it appeared to be gone). My computer restarted, and when I went to logon after the ctrl+alt+del sequence, I put in my password, and while it said applying settings, two popups showed up about a "breakpoint error occurred. terminate program or debug" I've tried both option, and after I click either, the applying settings thing says "saving settings" and goes back to the logon screen. I cannot get to my desktop at all, so please no advice on how to go to my computer etc.

In addition, I don't have the administrator password for my computer. My school gives all of its students computers, and even they don't have it. Dell wanted me to give them $300 to get that password. I have no idea what to do, so I'm borrowing my sister's computer for now.

Please please help me.
