i can't use yahoo or google search engines

My uncle's computer won't let him go to your site mybleeping computer.com and won't let him goto google.com or ebay.com
the yahoo.com page loads can use my email and watch movie trailer's but won't do a search keeps saying problem loading blah blah blah
it will let hiim goto ebey after he use's a ebay search engine but that's the only way getting the hijackthis log in one sec


CAN ANYONE HELP PLZ?
