I use windows xp and mcafee security suite for av. mcafee removed FakeAlert-kc.b(trojan) about a week ago. having issues with mcafee downloading updates and can't get mcafee to open. computer is slow. I heard about you guys from a friend who highly recommended you. Any help would be appreciated, I am very computer illiterate.

Hi,
Download Malwarebytes from http://malwarebytes.org/ update it and run a full scan. Remove any infections found and post the results in your next reply.
