Computer won't boot up

I have xp on a dell laptop. When turned on it goes to the screen with 3 or 4 options safemode, safemode w/commnd promt, etc.

I try all to no avail. Gives me a unmountable boot volume error then freezes. It does this over and over.

Follow the instructions carefully as you are making an ISO Image...different than burning a CD...
