Can't get rid of a Trojan Flush

Hi all, I have been informed by my Nortonsecurity that I have a trojan flush that they cannot get rid of. Since you guys have helped me out in the past I would like the request your services again. I am sure I have a whole host of other baddies that I don't know about as well...
