My Harddisk has been infected

Hi good people,
Can someone help me with ma problem, I have a hard disk full of my working folder, which I used to open them with no problem but today I have found all of these folder with .exe extension and I cant open them any more, wat can I do?, please help

I have being following the steps on how to virtualize windows XP on win 7, I have manage to download both Virtual PC and WindowsXPMode_en-us.exe from Microsoft website. I have also menage to install the virtual pc but on installing WindowsXPMode_en-us.exe I do get this error message "This installation package could not be opened, verify that the package exist and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package", Thanks in advance
