hie everyone,
i am montfort manyozo from a country called malawi. i like computer and want to know as much about them as possible, but im not necesarilly very good at them...yet.
i came across this website in my quest for knowledge on using command prompt in windows xp. i am just learning how to use command lines and predictably i run into problems. i read a tutorial on how to copy files. i have no problems using wildcards to copy multiple files or files with similar attrimutes. i have problems copying single files though. i tried placing mp3 files on my desktop and tried copying them to the my documents directory. so far i have not succeded. i tried copying the file to another drive; no success either. but when i try copying multiple files with similar attributes, it is happening smoothly. i don't know what i'm missing. i hope i will get over my problem with help from this website.
hope we will get along and help each other.
goodday everyone.
