Quick story....I was browsing internet when computer froze up. I let it sit for a while but still froze, so I powered it down and restarted it....that's when I had the following error come up in three seperate popups during start up "application or DLL c:/windows/system 32/0023.DLL not a valid windows image. Please check installation diskette" So what would be the easiest fix (I hope) for someone who is far from computer savvy?

Before I forget, after popups I could enter password and it got to the screen where all my icons and start menu should be....but nothing comes up, only thing normal is the picture I have for wallpaper.

thank you for the help.
