Hello darkgohan and welcome to the BC HijackThis forum. After reviewing your log I see a few items that require our attention. Please print these directions and then proceed with the following steps in order.

Step #1

Start HijackThis and click the Scan button to perform a scan. Look for the following items and click in the checkbox in front of each item to select it:R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {E0E899AB-F487-11D5-8D29-0050BA6940E3} - (no file)

Now close ALL open windows except HijackThis and click the Fix Checked button to finish the repair.

Step #2

Open Notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into the new document:

sc delete mcupdmgr.exe
sc delete MCVSRte
exit

Save the document to your desktop as rsrv.bat and close Notepad. Locate the rsrv.bat file on your desktop and double-click on it to run it. It will quickly flash and then close.

Step #3

It looks like Kapersky anti-virus is installed on this machine but is not operational. Check the program and make sure that it is updating and working properly.

Step #4

OK. Reboot your computer normally, start HijackThis and perform a new scan. Use the Add Reply button to post your new log file back here along with details of any problems you encountered performing the above steps and I will review it when it comes in.

Hi darkgohan. It looks like I missed one. Please do the following.

Open Notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into the new document:

sc delete McShield
exit

Save the document to your desktop as rsrv2.bat and close Notepad. Locate the rsrv.bat file on your desktop and double-click on it to run it. It will quickly flash and then close.

After that you are good to go.

Cheers.
