I have Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 and it detected a virus called "Rootkit.Win32.TDSS.d", but the program can't remove it. It will be grateful if someone can help me fight this virus. I have tried malwarebytes, but nothing was detected. I'm willing to try anything that is recommended by the bleepingcomputer community. Thank you.

As no logs have been posted, I am shifting this topic from the specialized HiJack This forum to the Am I Infected forum.

You have a horrible rootkit aboard that requires tools reserved for the HiJack This forum. Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<==

If you cannot produce the DDS logs, then post back here and we will provide you with further instructions.
