Go to my computer right click your cd or dvd drive select properties go to the auto play tab and check the "prompt me each time to choose an action" button.
Get your facts first, then you can distort them as you please.

Ashampoo is a burning program, and thats what is supposed to happen when you put a blank cd in. What do you want to happen when you put a blank cd in the drive?
