Online videos and Netflix movies are very choppy and sound is out of synch. I use XP on a Toshiba laptop with 1,024 MB memory. Total virtual memory: 2.00GB, available: 1.96GB
I tried to find a video accelerator but each site prompts us to download other garbage.
I've had this laptop at Geek Squad for 4 days and they can't figure it out. I used to watch movies on this laptop all the time. If I put a DVD in the DVD drive I can watch movies just fine from there.
I have WASTED a LOT of time these past weeks trying to fix this. Any suggestions, please?

So is it just Netflix or Youtube and other video sites as well because Netflix uses Silverlight and most other sites use Flash.
