I have just built a new PC and installed XP Pro on it, have all the updates, all the service packs etc. etc.
It's working really well, but there is a strange problem with the Recycling bin.
The Desktop Icon of Recycling bin, when double clicked it opens up My Computer instead of the Recycling bin, when right clicked it brings up all the usual commands and I can open the Recycling Bin from there, but for some reason when double clicked it sends me to My Computer.
It's not a major problem, but it is also very annoying.
Any help is much appreciated.

Issue Fixed!
I ran a REG command from-
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_abc.htm
Under "R"
"Recycle Bin - Repair or Replace"
About Halfway down!
Worked well.
