I don't know how I got this virus, I did not install anything from any website. I was on a website and a popup box occurred saying "My computer was at risk" and the next thing I know I try to close it and it takes me to a "Antivirus" thing but I think its fake so I closed it out. My desktop has a background that says the following in big red letters in a black box with a green background.

"YOUR SYSTEM IS INFECTED!
System has been stopped due to a serious malfunction. Spyware activity has been detected. It is recommended to use Spyware removal tool to prevent data loss. Do not use the computer before all spyware removed."

Also, when I am clicking on links on the internet, it redirects me to this link: hxxp://ie-8-scanner.com/security1/?aid=03400&v=2&ppID=MTI2MzQyOTIzNQ

and a pop up box occurs that says "Warning!!! Your computer contains various signs of viruses and malware programs presence. Your system required immediate anti viruses check! System Security will perform a quick and free scanning of your PC for virusses and malicious programs."

WHen I close this box it takes me to a site that looks something like when i open up "My computer" I immediately closed it.
