Google search results redirected

I think I've been infected. Google searches are being re-directed. Not sure where to start... I have run Malwarebytes' - detected infected files, corrected, and required reboot. Ran again and found 2 more files, both deleted successfully. But the re-direct is still happening and now has added a pop-up for ad-ware removal...
