 I'm having the same trouble? I'm also really bad with this thing. I might have to try things several times to get it right.

:flowers: No and no. Where's Device Manager and what sound driver? Is this a program? See, this gets the best of me cause I don't understand most things about it. Sorry for being so slow.

 O.K. I found device manager, went to dvd/cd-rom devices-properties,clicked that on, up pops general, there's no enable digital cd audio for this computer? No O.K. to click or nothing? HELP! I think I disabled this about a month ago trying to turn off a virus I still clearly have and could not figure out how to undo what I had done.

This is your audio driver:
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/...p;fileid=122481

Underneath the download link are the installation instructions
Just click on them and they'll open up

There was no error number? It just said right before it finished downloading," An Error has acured would you like to send a report?" I hit send, then it said exit? I hit exit. It's making me crazy. I know I got this virus from LimeWire and I bought their music. Waiting to hear from you. P.S. I have taken LimeWire off my computer.

Got it. Hey Mark, I ain't got a clue what to do with this hotfix? There's all kinds of words that I don't understand? There's nothing to click on in my e-mail to help me? Where it says there's support it says to copy and paste to my browser? I did'nt know I had a browser? What is this? Anyways, I'm at a stand still? Waiting for you.
