If you wish to post in our HJT forum, please read and follow these directions

Please read the pinned topic titled "Preparation Guide For Use Before Posting A Hijackthis Log". If you cannot complete a step, then skip it and continue with the next. In Step 6 there are instructions for downloading and running DDS which will create a Pseudo HJT Report as part of its log.

You will also be instructed to create a Root Repeal Log

When you have done that, post your log in the HijackThis Logs and Malware Removal forum, NOT here, for assistance by the HJT Team Experts. A member of the Team will walk you through, step by step, on how to clean your computer. If you post your log back in this thread, the response from the HJT Team will be delayed because your post will have to be moved. This means it will fall in line behind any others posted that same day.

The HJT team is very busy and it will take awhile to get to your post
Please be patient and good luck

You have three choices:

:trumpet: Post your query regarding the suspect virus with all the information you can provide here: Am I infected? What do I do? This is the fastest way to get a response. Be sure to read the blue banners at the very top of the forum.

:flowers: Follow the guide here: Preparation Guide for use before posting about your potential Malware problem Then please be patient it may take a while to get a reply. But you will get a reply.

 Post your log generated by HJT in this forum: HijackThis Logs and Virus/Trojan/Spyware/Malware Removal Again the caveat is patience due to the backlog of others waiting as well, and the proliferation of malware.

Your choice. Since a reply or further action in this thread is unnecessary this topic is closed.
