I'm really stuck and need help, my comp is infected with the antivirus live and I can't get it off. I already was using the link to your guide for it http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-remo...-antivirus-live but when I try to uncheck the proxy box, it won't save and when I try to run rkill, it doesn't seem to take, even though I was able to get a clean download from another comp and put it on my computer. The other big problem is that my comp won't let me go into safe mode. When I try it, I get the blue screen of death. Please give me some advice. Thanks.

Try installing SAS, run it if you can.

SUPERAntiSypware has a built in "Repairs" feature to fix policy restrictions and certain Windows settings which are sometimes targeted by malware infection.

Please download SUPERAntiSpyware Free
  • Double-click SUPERAntiSypware.exe and use the default settings for installation.
  • An icon will be created on your desktop. Double-click that icon to launch the program.
  • Click the Repairs tab.
  • Click on (highlight) "Repair broken SafeBoot key" and then click the Repair button.
  • You may be asked to reboot your computer for the changes to take effect.
Now try the guide again.
