Getting error message while shutdown

Everytime i shutdown my pc after saving personal info it says something with ox00000?0 referenced at 0x000000?. The memory could not be "read". i cant write the whole message becuse it show up very fast. Im just wondering what this is?
How can i remove this error? And a flashlight in my pc is on when i shut down it?

You can do a search of your system...for any .dmp files. Within such, summary information that is useful should be contained about any BSOD occurring on a system.
