for the past two hours now, every 5 minutes or so, McAfee says its stopped a Trojan called Generic Dropper!bqn from entering my computer, and supposedly removes it, but it keeps happening. What now?

I have run full system scans on McAfee, Malwarebytes, Norton, And Spyware doctor, all which turned up nothing, yet I still am coninually getting notifications that McAfee has "blocked and removed" the same trojan. The one difference is that each time the reported location is slightly different. its always C:WINDOWS/system32/ a different number.exe each time. Usually because McAfee is telling me that it bloacked and removed the trojan I would not be worried, but its blocking removeing another one every 2.5 minutes now.
