Can't connect to internet after system cleanup

Cleaned up my old system but cannot connect to the internet anymore. I did remove port magic and ran some scans with MBAM - which I can post a .txt if needed. Just do not know where to start at this point. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

More info - device manage now shows no network cards but the network card is listed under an unknown tab. I reinstalled the drivers for it from the manufacturers website but says doesn't resolve the issue.
