It started when I turned on my computer this morning. Two pop-ups opened. one of them said I had virus called worm.win32.netsky and the other pop-ups was Windows protector 2009. My desktop wallpaper also changed to a black box saying my system is infected. I also cant open task manager for some unknown reason. It says it was disabled by Administrator even though I am the admin and I have no knowledge of ever disabling it nor do I even know how.

My main problem though is the worm.win32.netsky that has infected my computer.

I'm using windows XP

any help would be appreciated.

(Sorry if this is in the wrong section)
