Some kind of trojan - Please help

My comp has been infected with some kind of trojan. Here is the link to my initial post.

Long story short, i keep getting this popup at the bottom right of my comp (near the clock) and porn popups.
I ran a whole bunch of virus checks. Nothing shows any virus.

someone told me to run and attach dds and rootrepeal logs. Here they are.

i know you guys are doing this on a voluntary basis and i appreciate any help.
