I'm getting an Internet explorer error box that keeps popping up and won't go away. The error message reads - "Access violation at address 76E93387 in module 'ntdll.dll' write of address 000000014". I've tried resetting Internet Exployer to the factory default settings but that did not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
