Yeah, the title basically covers it. My homepage changes to about:blank and if I close a window my popup blocker goes nuts blocking popups from "havy.biz" and I get a dialog box that tells me my comp is infected with spyware. Also, I don't know if this is related, but the search companion is disabled, and I can't search my computer. I ran HijackThis and got rid of everything I didn't put in, but all the R1's and the BHO's come back.

Here's the log:

Download SpSeHjfix for XP/2000 from here:
Download and install http://www.ccleaner.com/ccdownload.php

Reboot into safe boot. To do this, press the F8 key repeatedly as the computer starts up until you see a menu screen (if Windows starts normally, restart it again). Use the arrow keys to highlight "Safe Mode" and press Enter.
Run Ccleaner.
In safe mode doubleclick SpSeHjfix.exe and click " Desinfektion starten", than the tool will restart the computer.
Please post the SpSeHjfix logfile and a HijackThis log to check
