recently someone posted a detailed list of files (for someone in this forum to check for viruses)....
the answer posged was that there was no virus...
I also have these two things in a list somewhere
kaspersky had me open something on the phone and these showed up......Norton Ghost people said these were a virus!! and that's why my initial norton ghost 15.0 didn't do it's initial backup last night.
Kaspersky says these are fine and are "temporary" files.
they had me run something and e-mail it to them and then checked in some (gsi parser 2.96 (this was a kaspersky thing)?? and/or getmysysteminfo.com.
I'm so confused....how can Norton say one thing and Kaspersky another??
and are these bad or not!?
and what are these? should I delete them or not?
I have windows 7, new, (HP), not much on it yet....still recovering stuff from my old xp computer.
