I have a friend that can not print his web based email (hotmail). He sometimes receives pictures and wants to print them out. The problem is when he tells it to print it will print a couple of lines from the top of the page, nothing in the center and then a line or two from the bottom and that is it. The printer prints fine from Word or notepad so it isn't the printer. I just don't know what to check or change so he can print out his emails.

The printer is an older HP, I can't remember the model, and he is using XP. Any help would be greately appreciated.

Thanks!

Sounds to me like he's trying to print the webpage...rather than right-clicking on the graphic and choosing Print Picture.
