Hoping Elise will see this. I had accessed mytechsupport the other day by connecting directly to the incoming line of my internet. Because the original malware seemed to be gone they suggested another site for the connection problem as they only deal with malware. That is why I continued here. I still cannot connect to that site with either computer while going through the router. All other sites seem to be okay.
