I somehow clicked on a security button on a toolbar and WOW. I can't do anything on my computer now. I try to get on internet and up flashes a notice that I'm going to implode any second because my computer has been INFECTED with umpteen million viruses and I need to purchase this security system for $ 59.95 plus, plus. I can't click out of it and it just keeps popping up. What is it and what can I do?

What is the security programme called?
Is it called Internet Security 2010? As this is a virus that is going around, advertising a phoney anti virus programme for the same price.

If it is, then I came across this guide:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-remo...t-security-2010

whilst trying to fix the virus myself.
