Hi,

I am new to bleepingcomputer and could really use some help. All my google searches get redirected (when you click on a link) multiple times to a spam site or ad related website. I have tried Spybot, spydoctor and windows defender, which have found various issues, but this has not been fixed. Spydoctor found the following:
Adware.ieplugin
Rootkit.TDSS
RogueAntispyware.internetsecurity2010
Backdoor Phoenix Keylogger

I'm not sure which of the above were effectively removed, but I still have the google searches redirected. Also, I have a process running on my computer called "MOM.exe" that I've not seen before that bogs down the system resources by about 75-95%.

I'm at my wits end trying to get this fixed the past few days. I'd REALLY appreciate someone who knows how to address this issue. Thanks!
